A skillfull shoplifter doesn't have to pay for items he or she buys in shops. Or rather, the shoplifter doesn't even bother to try.
You can use this skill every 2 hours.
You can learn about this skill in a school or university which offers a class in it, or you can learn it from an apprenticeship with a master.
