Crew Equipment

This page lists the most important equipment used by crews in The Great Heist. These items can be given to you for free or purchased with marbles on the Underground Market. They can also be gained as rewards from doing special weekly heists. Equipment of a higher quality help breach barriers on heists more quickly than common lower quality equipment.

Lock Pick

A tool for unlocking a lock by analyzing and manipulating the components of the lock without the original key.

Stethoscope

A medical instrument for listening to the action of someone's heart or breathing, typically having a small disc-shaped resonator that is placed against the chest, and two tubes connected to earpieces.

Rope

A length of thick strong cord made by twisting together strands of hemp, sisal, nylon, or similar material.

Duffel Bag

A duffel bag is a large cylindrical bag made of cloth with a drawstring closure at the top. In addition to the common use of a plain bag, it's also an essential item for criminals to transport loot gathered from heists.

Surveillance System Console

This piece of high tech hardware is a text entry and display device used to control and manipulate surveillance systems.

Police Radio Scanner

A radio communications receiver that is primarily intended for monitoring VHF and UHF land mobile radio systems used by the local law enforcement.

Wire Cutters

A tool used to cut wires.

Baseball Bat

A baseball bat is a smooth wooden or metal club used in the sport of baseball to hit the ball after it is thrown by the pitcher... or a handy tool used to quickly knock people out.

Tabi Boots

Modelled on tabi, traditional split-toe Japanese socks, this type of boot is an essential piece of equipment for stealthy cat burglars and ninja!

Crowbar

An iron bar with a flattened end, used as a lever to open things. The burglar's favorite tool.

Grappling Hook

A grappling hook is a device with multiple hooks attached to a rope. It is thrown or fastened directly by hand to where at least one hook may catch and hold. A handy tool for anyone looking to scale high walls.

Silk Gloves

Much more than formal wear, silk gloves grant you a touch so smooth it's barely noticeable.

Drill

A tool for boring holes in various materials.

Dental Floss

A soft thread of floss silk or similar material used to clean between the teeth... or opening doors with sliding chain locks from the outside.

Bolt Cutter

A bolt cutter is a tool used for cutting chains, padlocks, and bolts.

Sledgehammer

A large heavy hammer with a long handle used for breaking stones or other heavy material, or for hitting posts into the ground etc.
