Being an athlete isn’t easy and playing basketball is definitely not the exception. I learnt this the hard way when playing for Ajolotitos Slamdunkeros, the team I’ll be leading as a captain this upcoming season.

Whether as a captain or a player, it involves a lot of training both inside and outside the basketball court. You don’t only need to work hard on your muscles, but also develop strong bonds with your team and learn all about tactics… it can be quite a lot 😅

Luckily, London Schools will soon be opening their registrations so your kids can learn all this right from the start with coach Rei Naoi, Harlem United’s ex champion, and they can become the next basketball star! 🌟
