A moment to mourn
With a glass of wine in one hand and talking with Mo on the phone, she said, what if she just took a bunch of his words and put them in a song… a pause while he (most likely) thought about it as she sipped her wine and he said something like, "You’re nuts! But why not." She took another sip and said, "I bet I can get that done tonight."
Off to London she went, fire shooting out of her ass. Now, how could she do this with as little actual work as possible? Laziness was dialed to the max an 11, maybe even a 12.
Shit. Only a half glass of wine on the desk. She had to get this fucking bullshit done so she could go back to her recliner and watch some British detective show, touring wasn't on her mind right now, sure Gen and TB can manage on their own?
She found Mo's old emails, good times, sad times, messed up times. He may have left the band but in terms of personal impact, his departure ranked right up there with her 468th lifetime bowl of Froot Loops. As much as she respected his decision and even despite everything, there was no doubt he had poured plenty of blood and sweat into the band, although part of her initial reaction was pure anger. And shit, she had plenty of that.

It was now hard to keep the wine from shooting out her nose, pages and pages of blithering stupidity. She filled in all the other crap. DONE. CLICK. SAVE. Uploaded everything. Made a damn cover. ARRRGH, it was starting to feel like actual work, a bit wacky but she may have created a song for the next town drunk. Even a fly that appeared in her face, doing that buzzy shit they do, couldn't ruin her mood.
