I’ve been quiet for almost a year here. Not because nothing was happening, but because everything was happening just too much. Life has a way of drawing you inward, you know.. into the home, the family, and the quiet corners of myself that I had been neglecting for too long.

During this time, I faced the challenging task of addressing things I had ignored, whether it was personal struggles, emotional baggage, or relationships that needed attention. There were moments of discomfort and revelation, as I acknowledged certain aspects of my life that I needed to let go of.. the old habits, the lingering doubts, and the fears that had held me back.
Then, just when I needed it most, we took a much-needed escape to some beautiful places. Greece, Italy, and France. Filled with sunny days, incredible pasta that melted in our mouths with the mind-melting local wines and the chance to breathe deeply, releasing the tension I didn’t even realize I had been holding.

Now, we’re back home in London, turning back to our familiar routine. However I feel different, perhaps a bit softer, but also undeniably stronger. There’s a newfound clarity within me. I’m quieter internally, yet I can see my path ahead with greater focus.
This isn’t some grand "comeback". I didn’t physically go anywhere. I was just simply where I needed to be, immersed in self-discovery and personal growth.
But it does feel like a return to important aspects of my life:
To joy in the little things.
To the lightness that comes from letting go.
To rediscovering myself in deeper, more meaningful ways.
Hi again❤️
