I'm having another baby. I hope the daddy is ready for a diaper rally because it's only a couple of more weeks or so left until we welcome another baby girl in the family! Lucy is going to have a baby sister and we're going to have another spoiled little princess. When I was expecting Lucy, I was pretty terrified and nervous because I was sure I would ruin the little girl within the first year of her existence but it's been two years and she's doing great! She's been giving me a ton of confidence that, against all odds, I am capable of raising a small human. Who would have thought?! She's definitely needy and spoiled and already used to getting absolutely everything she wants and won't shy from letting us know when she's dissatisfied. Just like her mum, and grandmum.

Speaking of grandmum, it's been fun being pregnant at the same time as my mother. She was never ready to be a mom, not 30+ years ago when she got pregnant with me and definitely is not now when she's in her 50s. The way she's been complaining about her body aches and mood swings and cravings has been exhausting. Honestly, I don't know how Noah and Ryder and Grace put up with her in that house but luckily things will get easier soon. I'm looking forward to meet my baby brother for the first time, it'll be any day now. Mum has always said she was happy I was a girl because she wouldn't have known what to do had I been a boy, but honestly... she didn't do too great with me either, at least in my early years. The only reason I'm at an awesome and perfectly functional human being (with a twist, yes, but still a functional one) is because of my dad. So she's pretty anxious about that but I'm sure it'll be great. And she's got her little love circle for support, just like I have mine, so even us silly Theroux girls can make it through all the crazy that we are.
