The Gift of Your Existence ❤️

I’m happy for your life in ways I didn’t know were possible. Happy for every breath you take, every laugh that spills from your lips, every moment your heart beats in that chest I get to rest my head against. I’m happy for the way you see the world, the way you make everything brighter just by being in it. I’m happy that somehow, impossibly, you chose me to share all of this with.

Being able to hold you, to have you close, to wake up next to you and fall asleep in your arms—it still feels like a miracle I don’t deserve. Your warmth against me, your voice in my ear, the way you look at me like I hung the stars… these aren’t just moments, they’re gifts. Daily reminders that love this deep, this real, actually exists.

I love you with every piece of my heart, every corner of my soul. I love your kindness, your strength, the way you make me feel safe and cherished and whole. I love how you challenge me to be better while loving me exactly as I am. I love your laugh, your touch, your dreams, your fears—all of it, completely and without condition.

But here’s what I want you to know most: I don’t want to celebrate your life just today. I want to celebrate it every single day. Every morning when I see your sleepy smile, every evening when you come home to me, every quiet moment when it’s just us against the world. Your life, your existence, your love—these deserve to be celebrated always, not just on the anniversary of your birth.

So happy birthday, my love. Thank you for being born. Thank you for growing into the incredible man I get to love. Thank you for choosing me, for staying, for building this beautiful life with me.
