"Fix it." Was all the note said knowing Bluebird would know his writing and know exactly what the note meant for her to fix. If there was one thing Comet was the master of, it was making sure he was getting what he wanted, when he wanted and from whom.

And like magic the case was dismissed, expunged and after a quick payout to Kahuna there wouldn't be a trace of evidence the case had collected. Moving Bluebird to Chicago was already paying off, just as he had hoped. The silly girl was already falling head over heels for Mac, it was only a matter of time before negotiations of what Mac could do for them was underway. Sure it practically buried a good cop in the process, but he would recover and Comet knew Aaron would be more of a thorn in his side in the future. There would always be a give and take.

Extinguishing his cigarette in the ashtray about the flag the waiter down from another drink, a thought struck him. He had lead Orion off Bluebird's trail for the time being, if he could only lead it off of him when the idea struck, how loudly did money talk when it came to what Kahuna was and was not willing to do?

He smirked sliding his phone back into his pocket and draped his arm over Morrigan's shoulders. Sure he liked the pink headed distraction but that was all she was to him, a distraction. Something delightful fell onto his lap and he didn't need the talented Officer Rose scaring her away.
