#1 New Artist

I can’t even start this without laughing a little at how insane it feels. Number one. On the Top New Artists chart. Me. Blizzard Machineheart.

The award? Small. Barely glints. Doesn’t matter. It’s proof. Proof that people hear the songs, feel them, maybe even live in them for a few minutes. When they called my name, my stomach flipped the way it does when I catch someone staring a little too long at the stage, like they’re trying to figure out which part of me is real and which part is a performance.

I kept thinking about every moment that led here: late nights in the studio, learning how to belt a note without tearing my throat, every tiny heartbreak that became a lyric, every small victory that felt invisible at the time. And now, that mess of chaos, coffee, and too much eyeliner has a little golden acknowledgment to it.

I want to scream a thank you to everyone who believed before it was cool, everyone who danced alone in their room to Placeholder, everyone who put me on their watchlists, even when I didn’t know I was ready. You made this possible.

And I can’t skip the personal one, Crash Saint London, my date for the red carpet. You showed up, you laughed at my chaos, and somehow made standing next to flashing cameras feel… not terrifying. Thank you for being the calm to my glitter storm.

Number one isn’t the finish line. It’s just the edge of the stage. And I plan to jump off it.
