honestly? it’s less a motto and more a public safety hazard. every time i tell myself “be responsible this time,” my brain responds with “but what if… storyline?” and suddenly i’m saying yes to things i have no business saying yes to.
i don’t do pros and cons - i do “will this be iconic?” and “will future me laugh or at least pretend it was worth it?” that’s my whole decision-making process. economists hate me. my therapist gave up.
but life’s short and i’m already bored.
so yeah. do it for the plot.
and if the plot sucks, at least the chaos was cute.
