You hurt me, but I keep coming back

I don't know how you do it.

No matter how tired I am, no matter how heavy the day feels, something about you pulls me in. You challenge me, push me, break me down, but somehow, I always leave feeling stronger.

You've seen me at my best. You've seen me dripping in sweat, aching, breathless. You never judged me. You welcomed the grind, the struggle, the progress. And even when I hated every second, I knew I needed you.

You’ve changed me. Not just physically, but mentally.
You’ve made me push past limits I didn’t even know I had.
You’ve made me sweat, scream, and occasionally cry… and I liked it.

We’ve had our ups and downs. Sometimes I ghost you for a week… sometimes two. But you never hold it against me. You wait. And when I come back, you’re always ready.

So here’s to the early mornings, the late-night sessions, the soreness, the gains, the failures, and the wins.
