It’s hard to believe it, but here we are, six days away from the biggest day of my life.
The excitement is reaching fever pitch now... honestly, I’m soaking up every second of it.
Life feels like it’s moving a million miles an hour lately.
Just yesterday, my best friend, and best man, Will and his wonderful wife Velda welcomed his beautiful baby boy Daniel Mills into the world.
To see him step into fatherhood, only days before standing by my side at the wedding (and yes we have matching black suits) feels nothing short of poetic.
One chapter begins for him, another begins for me, it’s a reminder of how precious these moments really are.
As for wedding planning... well, let’s just say it’s been an adventure.
Between dress fittings, playlist debates, tasting enough cake to feed a small army, and endless checklists, Cherry and I have poured so much of ourselves into making this day truly ours.
It hasn’t always been smooth, a few last-minute curveballs, a lot of late nights, but honestly, I wouldn't change a thing.
Every little detail is a thread in the story we're about to write together.
And then there’s the emotions...
At any given moment, I’m either buzzing with excitement, getting choked up thinking about seeing Cherry walk down the aisle, or laughing with Will over who’s most likely to cry first (spoiler: it’s me).
The countdown is real now.
Six days until I marry my best friend (Not you will)
Six days until a new adventure begins.
Six days until everything changes — and I have never been more ready.
