I'm pregnant. Well, I'm soooo pregnant that it's only a matter of days that I'm not pregnant anymore so I'm a little late to announce this. But I'm pregnant! Back in the day I never thought I'd ever be pregnant but I'm glad that I did because daughter is awesome. But I never imagined I'd get pregnant again, and definitely not when I'm in my 50s... but then I married men whose seed is so powerful that age doesn't matter and here we are.

I'm feeling as much as a whale that a human being could possibly feel. A whale on land, that is. I believe that in water a whale is as light as a feather, which is probably why I could spend all of my time in the pool these days. I can't blame my age for this though, I was feeling just as achy and heavy and nngghhnugghh thirty years ago when I was pregnant with Luna, so it might be that this wasn't exactly what I was built to do, you know? It might be I was made for just... practicing having babies, because that is what I do so so well, but this actual having babies part? No.

But at the same time I can't even begin to tell how happy I am. Even though it hurts all the time and I drive everybody crazy by complaining and huffing when I have to walk from the bed to the pool, this makes me so so happy. And, I'm a bit anxious because it's a boy and I'm not sure how to raise a boy baby. But then, I thought I'd be great raising a girl and it turns out that I absolutely sucked at it a lot and she turned out awesome anyway. So perhaps our baby boy will be just fine. Besides, I have my husbands and Grace with me so everything is truly perfect.
